I have used this one in my girls choir as an exercise in group/spatial awareness. We skip around spreading our love all over the room without touching anyone. Then we raise our fists up with our feet firmly planted on "speak up!" and make a single file bridge connecting hands to the shoulders of the person in front of you. There's no time to choose who you are bridging with. The goal is to go from being spread out in the room to being lined up, working together as a group without talking about it. Then we get back out and spread more love around.
